What’s the minimum order quantity?
While we do not have a minimum order quantity, we do offer advantageous pricing with a minimum order of 24 hats per custom design. This keeps setup costs low and ensures the best value for your investment.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full run?
We are open 7 days a week!
Yes! We offer a pre-production sample with your actual logo and patch style so you can approve the final look before we run your full order.
How long does production take?
Once your artwork is approved, standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks. Need them sooner? Rush options are available—just ask.
What hat brands do you use?
At this time we use Richardson hats exclusively unless you have a request for a specific brand. We prefer the consistent quality and overall value of Richardson Hats.
What kind of patches can I choose from?
We offer leatherette and acrylic custom made patches. You’ll get a full catalog to pick the style and colors that fit your brand best.
Can I mix and match hat colors or styles in one order?
Absolutely—as long as the patch design stays the same, you can mix different hat colors or styles to give your team or customers more variety.
Do you help with patch design?
Yes. If you don’t have a design or need it refined for patch production, we offer professional design services to produce the best possible result.
